Rooms 19 and 20 have been learning about the translation, rotation and reflection of shapes. They have been tasked with the job of designing a logo for our pod.

There was a list of design constraints which the students were expected to abide by. There had to be: 3 colours, have at least two of the following; translation, rotation, reflection or enlargement, and reflect the meaning of our pod and fit inside a square or rectangle.

After completing initial sketches they had to accurately draw onto grid paper. They were given tracing paper to help reflect and translate the shapes on the page. Check out their awesome designs below.
