A NOTICE WILL BE SENT HOME LATER THIS WEEK: When: Group 1:Thursday 21st June and Group 2: Thursday 28th June Where: Tekapo Ice Skating rink

This trip is part of our Health and Physical Education programme and all children are expected to come. No experience necessary - just a willingness to have fun! The cost for the day will be approximately $40.00 (to be confirmed) This covers the cost of the transport and skate hire. You are welcome to pay in installments before the trip. 

On the day we will leave school at 9am so the children need to be here at the normal time (before the bell). We aim to leave Tekapo by 2pm so we should be back around 3.30pm. 

We are looking at taking 2 parent helpers per class. If you are available to help a form will be sent out shortly. Note: If we have more offers of help than spaces available we will draw names from a hat. Due to the high numbers of children on the rink, the option of taking other children is not available (No preschoolers or siblings).

Children will all be expected to bring their lunch as they normally would to school. Although there is a cafe at the rink we will not be using it.

Once we confirm final costings, payment needs to be made by Friday 15th June. This can either be to the office or online. Internet banking deposits can be made to: Bluestone School 03 0887 0229331 000 with child's name and Ice Skate as the reference.
