Room 20's been busy with Science Fair, Speeches and a lot of other stuff as well! The following detail is written by Sophie Bennet and Jorja Goodger.

This term has been really busy with Science fair and the speech competition. The speech competition finalists will be presenting their speeches at the South Canterbury competition soon, and the Science Fair has just finished, with great results for Bluestone. Well done to Kate Sorenson and Rebekah Frame who represented our class in the pod speech finals!  Also to Kate you gained second place overall!

Jorja Goodger and Sophie Bennet, two students from Room 20, entered their Science Fair project into the South Canterbury competition. Their Science Fair project was testing whether colour affects a cat's food preference. They used four cats and 6 different colours of cat food to test this, and found that pink was the favourite colour, while black was the least favourite. They received bronze in the Year 8 teams category.
