Bluestone School students had an exceptional day at Ashbury park playing Rippa!

On Wednesday 17th May, the annual South Canterbury Rippa Rugby competition was again held at Ashbury park. More than 32 teams from across the region gathered for a day of great fun and footy. 

Twenty Bluestone School students represented our school with pride and displayed our HEART values. The Bluestone Aces came away with three wins and two close loses. The Bluestone Breakers had a respectable record of 2-3 coming off a final try loss in the last second. 

A special thanks to Kris O'Sullivan for coaching the Bluestone Aces and supporting the children all day. Also thank you to our parents who supported the team and helped the coaches have a successful day. 

We are all already looking forward to next years competition!
