Room 12 have proved their star quality today as they performed their amazing speeches for the class.

Over the past two weeks Room 12 have been hard at work planning, practising and preparing speeches to share with the class. 

To ensure a super speech the students have been learning to use:

- Eye contact

- Gestures

- A clear and steady voice

- Lots of expression

The students shared their knowledge on a variety of different topics. These varied from an informative speech about fishing, through to trying to convince Miss Gorton that homework and school uniforms should be banned. Also, we all now know how to prepare for a zombie apocalypse (see Sean regarding this!).

Congratulations to everyone, you all did such an amazing job and you should be very proud of yourselves!
