Year 7&8 students from Room 20 prepared and served up food of restaurant quality in their MKR Competition.

Teams of students from room 20 used all their skills and knowledge to prepare mouthwatering dishes  to be put before  3 critical judges. Mrs Ross, Julie ,and Mr Poulter (who claims to be an experienced food expert), provided feedback to the students before declaring the winners. Students created their menus, wrote out and tested their recipes, before spending the morning cooking and serving up their delicious offerings. 

As you can see by the photos below the food presented was of a very high quality with taste proving the winning factor. If the efforts of these students is any indication there will be some wonderful chefs emerging in the near future. The judges were left not requiring their lunch!
