Take a look at these heart warming pictures. Kids giving homemade gifts and playing a game of 'noughts and crosses' with their Dads and Grandads on a special day. Not one of the 6 'C's, but I believe 'connect' is also very important!

Room One ordered some hessian bags from Kmart a few weeks ago. We saw that they had been dispatched from Queenstown Kmart. We then tracked them on our map as they were flown to Christchurch and couriered to Timaru. We then saw that they were in the Highfield area. Next thing Julie arrived at our door with the courier lady who delivered our little bags to us. Mrs Morgan and her Mum collected all sorts of flat stones from South Beach to make our games. Last Friday we got our bags organised, chose our stones, added the noughts and crosses and wrote 'Dad or Grandad, you rock' on our tags. Sofia's Mum bought the tags for us to use, they were just perfect. We were all very excited to give our gifts to our Dads and Grandads on Sunday morning!
