Room 19 and all of High Flyers have had an artistic focus on Printmaking

During the term, Room 19 have been creating various Printmaking tasks!

We started with observing objects in and around the classroom. Then we practiced sketching the objects and focusing on having defining lines. After a few practices of sketching, the class then started to scratch our designs into our polystyrene blocks. Once the blocks had defined lines, we then rolled ink over the designs and copied the designs onto card paper. 

The class have thoroughly enjoyed the process even if they had to do many copies!
