We love going to the Makerspace Room where we enjoy STEM tasks in the student led-space.

We really enjoy going to the Makerspace Room where we are able to explore different activities such as digital coding, lego, tinkering table, magnetics and the creation station. It has been fantastic having the Year 5 and 6 leaders there to assist us when needed.

STEM is a range of different activities that incorporate the following learning areas;

Science
Technology
Engineering
Maths

Through STEM learning the children are actively involved in inquiry, critical thinking, problem solving, creating, inventing and working together with their peers. 

Rebecca-I like building with the lego

Florence-I like how many things there are to play with.

Alice- I like the tinkering table. 

Noah-I like how there are 5 stations and that you get to go round in a circle and do everything. 

Juliet- I like creating different things at the creation station.
