Out of Zone Enrolments for Term 1, 2023

Our School Board have confirmed we will have out of zone places available across all year levels for a start date within Term 1, Tuesday 31 January - Thursday 06 April 2023.

Pre-enrolment procedures

Enrolment at Bluestone School is governed by an enrolment scheme, details of which are available from the school office, emailing admin@bluestone.school.nz or on the Bluestone School website: www.bluestone.school.nz. An enrolment form is attached to this article.

The board have confirmed we will have out of zone places available across all year levels for a start date within Term 1, Tuesday 31 January  - Thursday 06 April 2023. For families seeking enrolment within this enrolment period, the deadline for receipt of applications is 4:00pm, Wednesday 09 November 2022. 

Details of how applications are to be made:

· Enrolment form completed

· Student’s Full Birth Certificate

· Immunisation records

The exact number of places is yet to be confirmed and will be determined by the number of in zone applications we receive between now and the 09 November 2022. If the number of out of zone applications exceeds the number of places available, students will be selected by ballot. If a ballot for out of zone places is required, it will be held on Friday 11 November 2022.

Parents will be informed of the outcome of the ballot within three school days of the ballot being held.
