What a fantastic day! We had brilliant weather, amazing behaviour and attitude from all students and wonderful parent helpers. We couldn't have asked for better. 

On Tuesday 6th September the High Flyers embarked on a day of skiing. We arrived at Roundhill to amazing blue skies and sunshine. Next was the process of getting everyone kitted out with boots and skis.  Although we had 97 students skiing plus adults the process went quite quickly. 

All the students  had to attend a ski school lesson. Initially, there were lots of complaints of 'I can't do it', 'It's too hard" but the students all showed determination and perseverance. By the end of the lesson, the students were skiing confidently and most then went on to the platform lift. It was awesome to see their confidence grow. We were amazed at how quickly they were whizzing down the mountain. It was a shame the day had to end.

Well done to all the students who put in 100% effort. Their smiling faces were testament to the fun they were having.
