We wish to remind families that now is a good time to think about if your children need new items of uniform.Winter is definitely a good time to restock for the colder weather.

We know many of our children are growing and are in need of getting new School uniform at this time of the school year.

These items are available at the school office (polar fleece jumpers, polo shirts and shorts) between 8.15am - 3.30pm daily; or from The Warehouse, Timaru if you are looking for our plain black long sweatpants or navy blue sweatshirts.

All students need to be wearing items suitable for the Winter weather and in line with uniform expectations at Bluestone School. We expect all children should have a polar fleece jumper or a sweatshirt at this time of the year. It is definitely too cold to just be coming to school in a polo shirt.

If children wish to wear thermals under their polo shirts we support that and only ask that they be plain black or dark blue to match our school uniform colours.

Children are able to wear raincoats and rain jackets to and from school but must be in approved school uniform during the school day.

Thank you to the vast numbers of our families that support us and who also value excellence in the way that their children present themselves as members of our school community.

We value your children and how they look as representatives of their school.

Finally, remember to label all of your children's uniform items. It is best if it has their first and last names clearly identifiable and discreetly hidden inside the item of clothing.

When this occurs we have been able to quickly return items to our children that are found around the school or are left in classrooms or school buildings.
