Maker Space Challenge

Our challenge in the Maker Space room was to create a famous building or structure from around the world.  First we listened to the story Iggy Peck Architect and then we viewed pictures of famous landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Golden Gate Bridge.  We really enjoyed the challenge of making a bridge or building.  Thank you Mr Inkster for setting the challenge and providing us with the story and clips to view.  It really helped us to think carefully about the construction of our structures. We used a variety of materials including straws, sticks, lego, cardboard and plastic cups.
