This year we held our school Athletics day on the Tuesday 22 of October. Everything went as planned, it was a great day and were we super lucky with the weather!.

Everyone was expected to participate in the 4 field activities, which were long jump, high jump, shot put and discus. 

Championship day followed where all students could compete again if they qualified with a 3 on school standards day.

On Friday  we also held our 100m sprint races which went well. All students had some great fun, even though the weather wasn’t the best. 

Thank you to all the teachers and student teachers for helping out on the day and especially Mr Collins for organising this event. Mr Collins was planning this for hours and was at school early in the mornings to organise this event.

We are looking forward to the CAIMS athletics meet and further competitions. Congratulations if you have qualified for the CAIMS meet. Thank you to all the students for trying their best and giving everything a go on the day.
