Would you like to visit us?

If you are a prospective parent and wish to have a look around our kura, we can take you on a guided tour.
Please either call the school office to discuss - 04 3896758 or email office@brooklynprimary.school.nz Tours take approximately 30-45 minutes.

Pre-enrolment

9 months before your child turns 5, and if you live in our Home Zone and would like to pre-enrol your child with us, please either call the office - 04 3896758 or email office@brooklynprmary.school.nz.

The following information is required -

• Childs name

• Childs date of birth

• Home address

• Parent/Caregivers contact phone number and email address

• Early Childcare Centre child/ren are attending

Enrolment Forms

If you live in our Home Zone and would like to enrol your child/ren at our school, please either contact our school office 04 3896758 or email office@brooklynprimary.school.nz.

We can organise for a hard copy of the enrolment pack to be sent to you or alternatively you can collect one from our school office. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am-4pm.

We ask that enrolment forms are completed at least 6 months in advance of your child's start date.

If you have just moved into the area, and wish for your child/ren to start within a week, please contact us on 04 3896758 or alternatively email - office@brooklynprimary.school.nz

NB: As part of the enrolment, we will also require the following documentation in additional to the enrolment forms being completed -

• NZ passport or NZ Birth certificate, or Australian passport (if Australian Citizen)

• Visa documents and Passport for Non NZ Citizens / Immigration Status

• Immunisation Certificate

• Proof of Address - Copy of a Utility Bill

• Court Order documents /Parental Order (is applicable)
