Bringing in the chill
One afternoon a week, we refocus ourselves and take the time to find our "Zen Zone" by choosing to take part in mindful breathing, mindful colouring, positive journaling and yoga.
This gives the kids the chance to focus on themselves and how to relax in what can otherwise be a busy place.
Learning to just be quiet and focus is definitely a skill.
