This term Tī Kōuka tamariki have accepted the Wonder Project Rocket Challenge which involves learning about Science, Engineering, Technology and Maths. Key concept we explore are Newton's law of physics, force, aerodynamics and thrust.

Today we practiced launching our rockets by adjusting the variables - different amounts of water and air pressure - to work out what combination will ensure our rockets fly the highest and straightest.  Over the coming weeks we are designing and creating our rockets, we can't wait to show you videos of our final blast off!
