Broomfield Extra Educational Success (The BEES)

The BEES is a group of volunteers whose primary aim is to promote and support belonging within the Broomfield School Community. The BEES activities include both social and fundraising events. All parents/caregivers are welcome to be part of the BEES.
The BEES help raise money for Broomfield School for those “extra” things that fall outside government funding criteria but still benefit children’s learning experience. Things that have been achieved via fundraising are discounted swimming lessons, technology equipment for the classrooms, swimming pool maintenance, educational resources in the classrooms, sports and musical equipment, fundraising for replacement of school buses and more. The BEES ask from our amazing school community from time to time, for food donations and volunteer time. We meet approximately once a month, 11 or 12 times a year. By volunteering for the committee/events, it is a great way to show your belonging and to collaborate within the Broomfield School community.
