The weather is heating up this term so please ensure your child has a school hat. This is important because we are a SunSmart School and have high expectations for staying safe while outside.
Coming up this week:
Navigating the Journey:
- For Navigating the Journey this week will be finishing off our lesson on the human reproductive system then we will be moving to menstruation and conception. This will involve looking at the processes of menstruation and conception.
Monday:
- 2023 student leadership applications are due. Get in before the closing date!
- Kowai Athletics in the afternoon. Information about this has been emailed and sent out on our Etap system to all parents.
Tuesday:
- Kowai Athletics PP
- Staff meeting
Wednesday:
- Guitar, keyboard, and ukulele with Mr. Hobson
- 4-year-old programme
Thursday:
- Mrs. Crombie will be in for me as I will be out of the classroom.

Friday:
- All classes will be out on the grass in front of the school to support the 5 Passes Bike Race. For more information about the race, follow this link... https://5passes.co.nz/
- School will closed from 12.40 pm onwards for a union meeting
