We just wanted to get in touch with some of our rural schools here in Canterbury, since we know it can be at times hard to find support in your areas. Based in Christchurch, but work nationally online our work includes several popular parenting programmes and one-on-one supports for parents. These include: 

• Incredible Years Parenting for parents of 3 to 8 years, we at times can offer this online and Incredible Years Autism for parents of children diagnosed or undiagnosed with autism aged 2 to 5 years. This is an in-person parenting course, and both of these run for 14 weeks. 

• Parenting at Your Best is an online parenting programme run over 4 weeks in the evening. It is aimed at parents of children between 4 and 12 and is run regularly with each programme having less than 8 parents to allow for some amazing group discussion.

• Parent coaching is our one-on-one support from one of our team with backgrounds in psychology, education or social work. This is for parents with children of any age and we’ll work on specific parents and build individualised approaches in these sessions. We offer this in-person in central Christchurch or online via Google Meet.
