The BEES are Fundraising by catering again this year at the Amberley A&P Show, on Saturday 29th October 2022.

This is one of Broomfield Schools Community Belonging Fundraising events, which puts Broomfield School on the map, connects us to the wider Broomfield/Amberley Community, and raises money for our school

If you can help in any way, it is most appreciated.

Fresh food Items and Baking will need to be dropped at school on Thursday 27th October 2022 (unless otherwise arranged) Frozen or product that can be frozen and Gear can be dropped at school from Monday 17th October 2022.

Donations and Gear that we are looking for are as follows:

FOOD ITEMS

Bacon 2kg (5x 400g packs of Shoulder Bacon)

Fresh Eggs x 4 dozen (Home laid or brought – we don’t mind)!

Fresh Tomato’s x 7 Size medium-large, firm

Fresh Parsley

Shaved Ham x 3 (200g Family twin packs of Beehive Ham)

Alfalfa Sprouts x 2

120g packs Pastry x 2 (Frozen Edmonds Pre Rolled Value pack - 8 sheets per pack)

FRUIT

Any quality medium sized fresh fruit x 80 (We would like a selection of quality fresh fruit – ie Apples, Pears, Plums)

BAKING

Slice x 1 20x30 size tin to make 24 pieces - i.e. Chocolate Brownie/Ginger Crunch

GEAR

Chilly Bins x 7 or 8, 44 litre or bigger 

Chiller Bags x 4 (Supermarket variety ok)

Chiller pads x 7 (**If you get “My Food Bag” chiller pads in your order – we would love to re-use those).
