Last week classes had an opportunity to learn some basic first aid with the lovely Paula from St John.

Year 3/4 students learned how to keep themselves safe and deal with a bad cut injury while Year 5-8 students learned basic first aid information, how to bandage a cut injury, place a patient in the recovery position and basic camping tramping first aid. Groups worked collaboratively on scenarios around hypothermia. It was fantastic to see the senior classes collaborating.
