Office Musings May 2022
Sue Uden - May 13, 2022
SCHOOL LUNCHES
Are you wanting to add some variety to your child's lunch box. We have two lunch suppliers. Both companies offer a commission back to the school.
Lunch offering through Kindo is on Thursdays and Fridays, offering a selection of items.
We also have DollarforSchools providing Subway on a Monday and St Pierres on a Wednesday. You will need to register with them before placing your first order.
CONTACT DETAILS
We would really like to make sure we have all contact details up to date. It can be quite distressing for students if we can't get hold of parents when they are unwell or injured. Please could you complete the attached form if you have had a change of address or phone number? Please remember that any change of address, will NOT impact your enrolment status.
ROAD PATROL
It is great to have our new Road Patrollers operating this term, and they are off to a fabulous start. A huge thank you to our road patrol students and parents for helping keep everyone safe. To help with visibility, please park in a single row along Clovelly Road - it is very difficult for our road patrollers to see oncoming traffic when cars are double-parked.
The drop-off/pick-up area is working well now that it is reopening at 3.10pm, when most pedestrians have already left the school. Please ensure you move right around to the front of this area to allow lots of cars to drop off and pick up and to keep traffic congestion on the road to a minimum. Once again, a huge thank you for everyone working to keep everyone safe.
NEW WEBSITE
Our new website is developing well. We would like to include images of our students involved in various aspects of school life and will be doing some photoshoots shortly.
Please can you ensure that we have up-to-date media permission, by completing this form. If you did this last year, you do not need to do it again.
Reporting COVID-19
Thank you to everyone who is helping to keep us safe by letting us know of any cases in your household. Please continue to do so via these forms. It is a ministry of Health requirement to self isolate for 7 days. Day 1 is the day following symptoms or positive test date.
SECONDHAND UNIFORM SHOP
There have been some changes to the secondhand uniform shop. Please see here for further details.
