Student-led conferences are on 6th and 7th July.

On the 6th and 7th of July we are holding three-way conferences for all students and their whānau. This is a chance for students to share their learning with you, in a fifteen-minute slot, supported by their teacher. This is also an opportunity to understand how your child is progressing.

Three way conferences will be held in your child’s classroom or online on:

Wednesday 6th July: 3.15 p.m. – 4.45 p.m.

Thursday 7th July: 12:30pm - 7:45pm

If your child is involved in the ESOL program, you can book a time slot with Diana Spencer (optional).

To ensure teachers have enough slots for all parents, the school will close at 12 noon on Thursday 7th July. Students need to be collected at 12 o'clock. Please take them straight off the school grounds so the remaining students are easy to identify and conferences are not interrupted. There will be a small amount of supervision available for those families who are unable to make alternative arrangements.

We need this form completed online for all students - advising us of who is collecting them, how they will be getting home, if supervision is required and your preference for an online or in-person meeting.

Due to expected numbers, the school will be providing supervision. SKIDS will run as per normal at 3pm.
