This is the first year Burnside High have competed in this event. On Sunday 26 May, a team of 8 boys travelled to Geraldine and had an awesome day!

Team members were:

Thomas Anderson, Leonard Brockerhoff, Ocean Faloon-Cavander, Thomas James, Finn McLachlan, Nick Pitts, Andrew Rider and Samuel Turner.

Thanks to parents, Fraser McLachlan (Finn’s Dad) and Dale James (Thomas’ mum) for both providing transport for bikes and team members.

Special thanks to Thomas James, for being instrumental in getting a team entered, and organising all the boys, who are all keen to do this event again next year.

The boys placed 13th out of 17 teams, so not bad for their first time!
