South Island Secondary School Champs + Weekend Ski Trips

The Canterbury Secondary Schools' Ski & Snowboard Championships were held on Thursday 14th of August, at Mt Hutt. This year Burnside High School entered eight students into the dual slalom competition. We did not get podium results but were competitive with our quickest skier Finn McLachlan and quickest snowboarder Ocean Faloon-Cavander. Thank you to Mrs Kees for helping at this event.

Throughout the season Burnside High School ran a number of weekend ski/snowboard trips to Mt Hutt. Places on these trips sold out quick and everybody had a blast!
