Daniel Lough 9SOSC has had a very successful year representing Burnside High School in various secondary schools multisport competitions.

In March, he competed at the South Island Secondary Schools Triathlon Championships in Oamaru, placing 3rd. He then set his sights on the New Zealand Secondary Schools Championships held in Wanaka at the end of March, where he also placed 3rd.

In September, Ben took out Gold in the U14 Boys event at Canterbury Secondary Schools (CSS) Duathlon Championships. This event was raced on Sunday 17 September, in Southbridge, Canterbury.

After school finishes in December, he will be racing in the CSS Triathlon Championships at Lake Roto Kahuta in Christchurch.  We wish him all the very best for this event!
