This year's exchange was held on Tuesday 14 June, at Burnside High, and surrounding venues.

It was a great day, weather-wise, for the exchange and thankfully all the games were completed by the time a fire alarm went off just after 2.00pm, and everyone (including Ashburton College) had to assemble out on the fields alongside the Aurora Centre for nearly half an hour!

Special thanks to Darion Gray, Sports Co-ordinator at Ashburton College, for all her help with this year's exchange - everything ran very smoothly! And also special thanks to all the teacher, student and outside coaches, student umpires and to all the students who played in a great spirit.

The results were:

Hockey – Boys 1st XI,  win to Ashburton, 8-2

Hockey – Girls 1st XI,  win to Ashburton, 2-1

Squash – 3 players each team,  win to Burnside, 3-0

Golf – 3 players each team,  win to Burnside, 2.5-.05

e-sports – 2 teams of 5,  win to Burnside, 3-1

Football – Girls 1st XI,  win to Ashburton, 5-3

Football – Boys Junior XI,  win to Burnside, 15-0

Netball – Senior B,  win to Burnside, 30-16

Netball – Y10A,  win to Ashburton, 29-10

Netball – Y9A,  win to Burnside, 24-18

Basketball – Boys U15A,  win to Burnside, 86-68

Overall: Win to Burnside, 7-4, so we keep the trophy for another year!
