2021 has been a development year for Canoe Polo at Burnside High School.

We have welcomed a number of new players to the sport, who have enjoyed progressing their kayaking skills though competing in the weekly schools' league, held at Lake Roto Kohatu each Wednesday afternoon in Term 1 & 4.

For 2022 we hope to build numbers and take a team away to the South Island Secondary Schools' Champs in Oamaru in August. 

A huge thank you to Mr Planner who has helped at the lake each Wednesday afternoon.
