Five swimmers from BHS attended the New Zealand Secondary Schools Championships.

A few had personal bests with some swimmers achieving top 10, despite our older swimmers having it tough with the age group 16-18 years combined. Unfortunately our relay team got disqualified. A special thanks to Tanya O'Sullivan who acted as team manager for this event.

Baileigh O'Sullivan

10th Girls 16-18, 200m Butterfly, 2:31.07,  16th  in 400m Freestyle, 4:45.23, 23rd in 200m Freestyle, 2:17.26, 39th in 100m Freestyle, 1:04.44.

Jade Vesty 

15th Girls 14, 200m Backstroke, 2:31.02, 25th in 50m Backstroke, 33.11, 27th in 100m Freestyle, 1:03.12.
