In Term 4, it's the Junior teams' time to shine, and this term our teams competed in the CSS and SISS Championships, in Christchurch and Dunedin respectively.

Pictured above, is our Boys Junior A team, who won the Division 2 title at the South Island Secondary Schools' Junior Championships in Dunedin, during Junior Sport Tournament Week (20-24 November 2023). They beat Middleton Grange School in the final, 2-0. Congratulations to these boys and their fantastic coach, Ben Laing, and awesome manager, Ms Barker. Thanks also to Ryo Fujikawa, coach of the Junior Girls A team, who also took the week off work to be with our Girls team. We had an amazing week in Dunedin attending this tournament, held at the Edgar Centre!

Canterbury Secondary Schools' Junior Championships, Christchurch:

Boys Junior A - 8th place (Div 1) and Boys Junior B - 15th place (Div 1)

Girls Junior A - 5th place (Div 1) and Girls Junior B - 3rd place (Div 2)

Congratulations to Evie Tuck, captain of the Girls' Junior A team, who was selected in the Girls Tournament Team at the Canterbury Secondary Schools' Championships.
