Over the past eighteen months, Burnside High School has gone through the process of reviewing our school uniform.

This involved surveying all of our stakeholders – parents, students and staff. From there we approached several suppliers and employed the Uniform Group to design and manufacture our new uniform.

Despite Covid interruptions, we are still on track to introduce our new uniform in 2023. This will be worn by our new Year 9 cohort, but will also be available to other years, should they wish to purchase it.

The new uniform is an inter-seasonal capsule uniform – which means it can be worn at all times of the year, using a variety of combinations. We have also introduced a lava lava and a headscarf, to better reflect our cultural diversity.

We are very excited about our new uniform, and look forward to seeing our 2023 Year 9 students leading the way with our “new look.” Below are relevant purchasing details.

We are aiming to have the new uniform for supply from the school uniform shop situated on site here at school by early November.
