On Wednesday 04 August, our Skiing and Snowboarding team competed at the Canterbury Secondary Schools Snow Sports Championships at Mt Hutt.

After a run of terrible weather in the week leading up to the event, Mother Nature came to the party and provided the perfect day to compete at the Mt Hutt Ski Field. 

Our team had a fantastic day, recording some excellent times.  Three of our students had top 10 finishes, congratulations to:

• Luke Hearne - 8th Open Boys Skiing
• Beck Faloon-Cavander - 3rd Open Boys Snowboarding
• Ocean Faloon Cavander - 5th Open Boys Snowboarding

Our overall Team results -

• Girls Skiing - 10th
• Boys Skiing - 8th
• Mixed Snowboarding - 4th
