Following the announcement on Friday, we will move to Alert Level 3 on 31st August at midnight. This means that we will be open to receive students of essential workers on Wednesday 1st September.

The key message for you is that if you can, you should keep your child at home. You should only send your child to school if you are an essential worker and there is no other means of care at level 3.

In order to ensure the safety of those children and our staff who do come to school, we will be operating with strict enforcement of health and safety measures.

This applies only to Year 9 and 10 students. Students in Years 11-13 are expected to be at home during Alert Level 3. School will only be open to those students that need to attend, due to their parent or caregiver being an essential worker and alternative care is not available.

Learning during Alert Level 3 for all students will be delivered online. Students in Year 9 and 10, who are able to, should remain at home. If this is not possible and supervision for your child is needed at school please indicate this using the form that has been emailed to you as a Year 9 or 10 parent. Only complete this form if you need your child supervised at school and you are classified as an essential worker.

Students will be in 'bubbles', they will not be able to mix between bubbles during the day, and the school day will be different from our regular timetable with adjusted start and finish times. Students will be expected to be in full school uniform.

Please complete the form by midday Tuesday 31st August. This is a tight timeframe but we will need to plan for staffing students onsite. We will not be able to accept students to school without prior notification.

In order to protect the health and safety of our students and staff we will only have enough staff onsite to cater for supervision of students so it is important that if you cannot keep your child at home under Covid alert level 3 you respond to this google form.
