PTA Meetings 2022 – Save the dates! The Burnside High School PTA will be meeting this year on the following dates:

Monday 9 May – AGM and 1st round of funding applications. Phil Holstein will speak to the community with an update on the school rebuild master planning.

Monday 4 July – Guest speaker Dame Sue Bagshaw.

Monday 5 September – Guest speaker to be confirmed.

Monday 21 November – 2nd round of funding applications and guest speaker to be confirmed.

Please join us on Monday 9 May at 7:30pm in the staffroom for our AGM and first round of funding applications.

PTA funded projects for 2022

PTA funds come from the voluntary annual PTA donation that appears on your school invoice. These funds are allocated to those school projects which meet our funding criteria. The PTA does not undertake any other fundraising so we really appreciate your contribution.

The first PTA meeting of the year on 9th May will also be a decision making time for the first round of funding applications that come to the PTA from many different areas of the school. Please come along and see how many amazing projects the PTA help to fund.

Uniform shop

The BHS uniform shop has a great selection of both new and second hand items of uniform. Profits from the shop go straight back into school projects to benefit our students.

WE NEED YOUR HELP! We would be very grateful for some extra parent helpers, please email Jema if you can help in the uniform shop during its regular term time hours – Mondays 1-2pm and Tuesdays 2:45-4pm.
