Results for External Exams will be released by NZQA in late January 2024 and will be issued to the students directly via their NZQA Learner Login.

Results will not be posted or emailed out. Students have set up their accounts in preparation for their exams, the results will be found in the Menu Tab. 

Students unsure of their National Student Number (NSN) or Student Login password can contact NZQA’s contact centre:

• through the website’s ‘chat’ function,
• Phone 0800 697 296 or
• by emailing helpdesk@nzqa.govt.nz.

For privacy reasons, NZQA can only give results and NSN's to the students themselves.
