All 23 Burnside students who entered this competition made it through to the second round!

The first round was an online competition over a recent weekend. The second round will be an all day affair held in the upcoming term break at the University of Canterbury, and we look forward to continuing our history of exceptional results in this event.  

Second Round:

The second round of the NZ Physics and Mathematics Competition was held over the holidays at UC.This year, the competition had separate North Island and South Island finals. As expected, Burnside students performed exceptionally well in our final, taking out a third of the top placings.Senior Division (Y12 and Y13 students):
