Hospitality Restaurant Evenings

Over the last two weeks, we have held our Level 2 and 3 Hospitality Restaurant Assessments. Year 13 students prepared and cooked a three-course menu, while Year 12 students served guests Front of House.

This was the culmination of two terms worth of learning and preparation. The expectation is that students are put through their paces in a realistic hospitality environment, providing an opportunity to excel under pressure. Well done to all students involved in these successful evenings (and long days).

The feedback from the guests was extremely positive, a highlight of the year for our students in their culinary journey!
