PTA  2020 AGM and Funding Meeting

Our next PTA Meeting will be held on Monday 27th of July 2020 at 7.30 pm in the staffroom.

PTA Funding for school projects.

During our meeting we will consider all funding applications and decide which of those projects will be funding this year.

The PTA donations received by the school are allocated back to school activities via two funding rounds held each year. These applications are prepared by members of the school faculty on behalf of the students.  As a group, the PTA review those  applications and allocate the funds to those school projects which meet our funding criteria in order to promote and support school activities and groups.

PTA funds come from the voluntary annual PTA donation that
appears on your school invoice. The PTA does not undertake any other fundraising so we really appreciate your contribution.

During our AGM meeting we will also present our performance financial report for the year 2019 which attached below.

Burnside High School PTA Uniform Shop

Thank you to all of our current volunteers & the Jbee's Day-to-day Accounting & Bookkeeping Office Admin Services for all their assistance in the uniform shop. Jbee's are based in Christchurch, Canterbury NZ, just a click away www.jbees.co.nz

The shop is run by the PTA & volunteers and open term time only at the following times: 

Every Monday lunchtime 1.00-2.00 pm in A Block

Tuesday after school 2.45 - 4.00 pm in A Block.

The shop stocks all new uniform items at very competitive prices and also has an extensive range of second-hand uniforms.

We are the only stocklists of fitted shorts and trousers as well as the new style PE Uniform.

Payment is by EFPOS  ( debit card only) or cash and any profits go towards school projects. 

If you wish to sell uniform items, please bring them to the
Student Office or the Uniform Shop during opening hours. We
can only accept uniforms that are current, clean and in good
