This year we took our Year 11 and Year 12 Drama students to Top Dog’s theatre production of a MidSummer Night’s dream by William Shakespeare

 A Midsummer Night’s Dream is a comedy set in Athens, which explores love and finding the person that is right for you - although, making mistakes on the way. 

This was Top Dog’s second performance after the success of last year's Twelfth Night. The students who went to see the performance absolutely loved the modern interpretation created by the cast and crew, who presented a world without traditional labels and stereotypes. 

An added bonus was to be able to watch former Burnside High School student Jonty Coulson (Graduate 2018) performing as Mustardseed, and traveling on a double decker bus was an event in itself!
