In the 2023 McMillan Cup (National Secondary Schools' Pistol Shooting competition), we again had some amazing results.

The following students from Burnside High, in their teams, won medals in this sport for this year:

Kingsley Hanrahan, William Li Chen and Jacob Wood: BHS Team 1, Second Team Overall (silver medals)

Walter Wang, Harsh Gautam, Ahmad Razif Rahimi: BHS Intermediate Team 2: First Intermediate Team and winner of the Nobes Trophy (gold medals)
