March 12-13, Living Springs

This year, our senior treble choir, Bel Canto, got the opportunity to head away to Living Springs for two days of rehearsals and bonding in preparation for this year's calendar of competitions and concerts.

The 32 girls worked hard with their choral director, Sue Densem, and vocal tutors, Lois Johnston and Charlotte Ensor, to learn repertoire and work on their ensemble sound. The choir made significant progress in the weekend and came away with a better sense of the quality they could achieve. They now look forward to showcasing this firstly in the Choral Showcase on June 3rd and later in the Big Sing interschool contest.
