Sam started studying at Burnside High as an International Student this year in Year 10. He immediately became involved in swimming here at school and at Jellie Park. 

Sam is from Taiwan and has been a keen swimmer for many years.  We are highly impressed with the way he has become a part of the swimming fraternity here at school and in the local community.  We hope swimming is the vehicle that will allow Sam to learn more about New Zealand and to also teach others about his home country.  We hope Sam can assist us with raising the profile of swimmers here at Burnside High over the next few years.
