Budget setting for next year needs to be timetabled from late Term 3 onwards. Some of our clients traditionally set their own budgets, as part of our service we can assist in this process. Our level of involvement can range from input for selected accounting based items (ie depreciation & maintenance provision) to attending budget setting meetings or reviewing draft budgets. CES website has a function where financial service clients can view the schools accounts in real time and view transactions, budgets , results and history of supplier transaction for those that CES process. Schools that use it find it invaluable. It is a great resource. We now have the ability to upload both monthly and year accounts and you will see these come through over the coming months.This promises to be a further great resource for our clients.
