Your Client Finance Managers will shortly be sending out the 2015 year-end pack. Although the pack will be similar to previous years it is likely there will still need to be items that will be clarified or discussed with you. Your CFM will be in touch about this over the coming weeks.
Also CFMs are visiting schools who need assistance with the 2016 budget providing a budget template and other advice. Even if you normally set the school budget yourself, your CFM can help with items such as budgeted depreciation and maintenance figures.
