Metrotest Course Outline

This is a unique opportunity to achieve a Competency Certificate and save valuable funds for your school. Metrotest training gives hands-on experience using a PAT (Portable Appliance Tester), safety inspection and testing of electrical equipment in accordance with AS/NZS3760. Also included is information on safety requirements, features and hazards of appliances. Attendees who pass the course will be issued with a photo ID, Competency Certificate and a training manual. 

What to Bring

Portable Appliance Testers will be available to use – but if you already own a tester bring it with you!
Don’t buy a tester before the course – you’ll learn what to look for and how to make the right choice.
