How to benchmark your school.

Benchmarking is an important tool for measuring your school against others in a number of ways.

While it's always a good idea to keep a close eye on your school's spending, furniture and equipment etc, it could be useful to start benchmarking your school against others in your area or decile.

Benchmarking can provide some valuable insights into how your school is functioning, and what you may need to do to get your school up to standard with others. It gives both CES, and schools, information about how schools spend their funds comparatively against other schools. Have a watch of the video below and see how benchmarking works, and how you can use it for your school.

This is the fourth year that CES has been benchmarking schools. If you're after a comprehensive and unique report about your school, then get in touch. CES are able to concentrate on a particular part of your school as well, and work with you to improve your school spends its funds.
