Term 3 Newsletter

As always, term 3 promises to be a busy one for schools around New Zealand. It's the same for the CES team. 

In addition to our year-round work, we've got a range of conferences and seminars coming up over the next two months. I was reminded recently by a number of caretakers attending our South Island School Property Conference how valuable it is to get out of your school from time to time and connect with your peers. It was great to see caretakers and property managers sharing stories and useful ideas with one another. It was a great example of the collegiality you get at our conferences and showed just how willing Kiwi's are to help one another out.

Take a look at the articles to see what's coming up on the CES conference calendar. I'm particularly looking forward to hearing the Billie Jordan's inspiring story at the Administration for Schools Conference in Auckland on 16 August. 

We'll soon also be getting into helping our clients with budgeting for 2019. It seems there's never enough money to go around, so the more effectively you can manage what funding you do have the better. Our specialist school financial team are here to help.
