Christmas Recipe - Salada Crackers

A delicious Christmas recipe I heard on the radio -sinful but divine gift for yourself or others!

110g salada crackers

110g salted butter

110g brown sugar

60 g cashew nuts 

60 g almonds

60 g dried cranberries

180 g milk or dark chocolate pieces.

Spread crackers in single layer in slice pan. I had lined the slice pan with baking paper. Melt butter and sugar in small pan and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, spread over crackers evenly. Bake in oven 180 degrees C for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately put chocolate on top. Wait couple minutes for chocolate to melt then spread evenly. Sprinkle nuts (I had cut my nuts in half) and cranberries on top. Set in fridge. 

Snap or cut into pieces.
