The CPPA is excited to announce a fantastic lineup of keynote speakers for the CPPA Leadership Conference! Tickets are now on sale for the conference, which will be held from Wednesday 4th June to Thursday 5th June 2025, at Addington Raceway.

The CPPA Leadership Conference for 2025 isn’t far away!

This event will soon be opened up to other Local Principal Associations — so if you haven’t registered yet, now’s the time.

Join us for two days of insightful leadership development at Navigating the Complexities of Change, a conference designed to equip school leaders with the strategies, tools, and mindset needed to thrive in today’s evolving educational landscape.

The CPPA has worked hard to bring together a diverse and inspiring group of keynote speakers, ensuring you gain valuable insights and practical strategies to lead effectively in times of transformation.

To help make attendance easier while balancing school commitments, different staff members can attend on different days if needed.

The conference is heavily subsidised and offered on a sliding scale per person, depending on the number of your leadership team attending:

  • Principal only – $350

  • Principal and 1 other – $600 total ($300 each)

  • Principal and 2 others – $800 total ($267 each)

  • Principal and 3 or more – $275 each
